Event handlers and state changes

AFAIK timers are the only one that don't reset. They haven't reset  
(although the documentation for states says they should) for a long  
time. You can see on the wiki that it's a known thing: http://lslwiki.net/lslwiki/wakka.php?wakka=llSetTimerEvent
