How about this?
For clothes that are modify, add an option "change wearable type",
between compatible types.
Obvious objection: if you change the wearable type from jacket to
shirt you lose the lower body texture.
1. Don't make those compatible types.
2. Keep the lower body texture in the asset, but don't show it.
3. Warn the user "you may damage this wearable, do you really want to
