These settings are under Advanced :: UI :: Double-Click Auto-Pilot and  Double-Click Teleport and can be checked ; unfortunately for the user, it is allowed to check the both options at the same time!!! In that case Double-Click Auto-Pilot keeps the control; is it possible to modify that menu (UI)  in order that only one option could be checked?
