I Still cannot see local lights in wind light. I have lights in my home and they should light the room but the room remains dark at night. even face lamps do not work.
And I played with the light radius, maxed itout even.. and the intensity.. no matter what I do.. the local lighting is nonexistent. In RL.. if I were to be up at night I wouldn't like to walk around in the dark.. and I dont like it in SL either. I like the windlight effects on the atmosphere and the environment... but at NIGHT.. everything is washed out and dark. I see this Jira has been around for over a year.. please give us back our local lighting!!

> In windlight, objects with "light" enabled do not illuminate/color the prim's surface anymore.
> Repro:
> - Enable light for a prim via either the features tab, or through a script.
> * Observe: 1.19+: prim looks the same, other prims around it are illuminated.
> * Observe: pre-windlight, prim with light is illuminated.
