Connection difficulties can lie in any of the following sources:

    * Your home network
    * Use of a wireless network
    * Your ISP
    * A third-party Internet connection between your ISP and our host.
    * Occasionally with our provider's network.

Please attach the TraceRoute text file to you Support Ticket. Please note

Be sure to use the *Special Questions - Basic Account or Guest Login* ticket type from the dropdown list when entering the information requested.
