This issue is also seen in Snowglobe 1.2.3 build 2995.

How to reproduce?
- choose a black background,
- put yourself with shown name tags in-front of the black background,
- put a big prim in front of You so it covers the camera angle,
- edit the prim:
  - set transparency to 90%,
  - set glow to 0.20,
  - leave the default texture in place,
- take a snapshot to disk or see the issue also in the review-window.
You will get a snappie like glow-name01.png:
!glow-name01.png|thumbnail!.

what i observed:
- the first snapshot after a fresh start get sometimes no blurred name-tag,
- if i choose a transparent texture You also wouldn't get a blurred name-tag, but in that situation the prime also loose its blurring effect.


I did the issue verification with this installation:
