object timestamp column in "Get Top Scripts..." should be in ISO-8601 format for easy sorting by date/time
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: VWR-16004
                 URL: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-16004
             Project: 1. Second Life Viewer - VWR
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: User Interface
    Affects Versions: 1.23
            Reporter: Somebody Something

1. Be an estate manager or owner of a private region, and be in that region
2. Go to World --> Region/Estate... --> Debug --> Get Top Scripts...
3. Observe that the 5th column "Time" has entries in the format "Fri Aug 28 11:08:39 2009"
4. Click on the column heading to sort the entries (an arrow appears in the column heading)

BUG OBSERVED: The sort is done alphabetically, so that all the "Fri Apr" entries come first, then "Fri Aug", then "Fri Dec", etc. This is not useful at all: "Fri Aug 28" entries are displayed very far away from "Sat Aug 29" entries.

SOLUTION: Display the timestamp in standard ISO-8601 format, ie, "2009-08-28 11:08:39". In this format, sorting alphabetically is the same as sorting by date.

BENEFIT: Easily displaying and detecting all recently created scripted objects helps enable periodic sweeps of scripted litter or griefer objects, in case some parcels in the sim have disabled auto-return (possibly accidentally, after a land sale or join or split). Without this, the functionality of sorting by timestamp is not really available at all.

Priority set to normal, because it is "Minor loss or impairment of function" and "extremely simple to fix", with no backward compatibility issues.
