DJQuad Radio updated SVC-4985:
------------------------------

    Description:
Inventory offers sent from objects such as hippoGROUPS, product upgrade servers, etc do not work if a resident's messages get capped. Offline messages are sent via Email such as:
The object 'Update Server' in Second Life has offered you inventory.
Log in to accept or decline this inventory.

but when logging in, nothing is offered.

Things like redelivery terminals help but depending on the permissions of the item, redelivery terminals aren't an option because residents can redeliver them over and over.

Inventory offers sent by avatars work regardless of capped messages, but they don't work if they are sent by objects.
