Group LogisticsHi Dirk,
you can create multiple groups to manage specific purposes or courses.
Every role may have specific abilities like building or not
In those subgroups you can have a clear private class chat that can be moderated by owner. 
You can send specific messages only to/within those subgroups using notices and make students vote on proposals.
Remember to uncheck pay group liabilities and receive group dividends for the basic (everyone) role (checked by default) when creating a new group.

  Can anyone help to clarify possible scenarios to group management within a university sim? The land currently is group owned, and contains a small number of users that are builder/owners. But what might be some of the more effective ways to handle a fairly large number of faculty and then students for multiple classes?
